it's because youve been sitting on a hard surface, or your @ss is getting squashed because of the way your sitting and the blood is betting cut off.

Herpes can cause pins and needles sensation in a small amount of people with the disease, i have it and sometimes with no breakouts in and around my bum i get the touchy feely pins and needles feeling, also my uncles gets those feelings in his legs and the doctor gives him antibiotics when it happens
