It is syrup of ipecac, but I dont really recommend using it for pranks.
It contains emetine, which is a muscle poison, and if you get too much of it in your body, you will die.
Ipecac can be bought at the pharmacy but making someone vomit is no prank
you don't need a doctor just get it at the store.
It should not be played with it even states on the bottle that before using this medicine to cause vomiting in poisoning, call a poison control center, your doctor, or an emergency room for advicefor any reason. It is very important that you take this medicine only as directed . Do not take more of it and do not take it more often than recommended on the label, unless otherwise directed. When too much ipecac is used, it can cause damage to the heart and other muscles, and may even cause death.
Just ask yourself if you would want someone to do that to you and if so would you think it was funny? Remember your Karma.
Consider yourself reported. Using Ipecac for ANYTHING but legitimate ) MEDICAL purposes is stupid and dangerous.
Ipecac can be bought at any drugstore. It would not be a good idea to use it as a joke, it will cause vomiting.
you can probally just buy them at your local drug store.
