Help! I want to get too sleep! I have school! Should I just take a sleeping pill! I just cant sleep! =( help!!

Answer:
If your doctor prescribed sleeping pills for you, then you should take one. OTC sleeping pills *may* work, too, but in my experience they always left me groggy.
Also, if you have never taken over-the-counter sleeping pills before, you should take care with how large the dose is, as there's really no definite way to predict how strongly they'll affect you.
Lastly, if possible you should try to get melatonin supplements rather than the normal sleeping pills such as diphenhydramine. Not only is melatonin natural and therefore less dangerous, you will most likely wake up feeling far more refreshed in the morning, and without the 'hangover' you would get from diphenhydramine. The choice, however, is yours.
Best of luck, I hope that you are able to sleep well, and take care.

If you're prescribed sleeping pills, take one, you know, or whatever the over the counter sleep aid is. If not I'd suggest drinking something warm like some hot cocoa or even a warm glass of milk, go lay down and put some soothing music on!
Turn off the computer and lie down in a dark, quiet room.
Just take some Tylenol PM or a Sleep Aid, doing it one night won't hurt and you won't get addicted.
A few solutions:- read the most boring books e.g. your school text books- counting sheep- watch boring TV shows- take a warm shower- drink a cup of warm milkbut if problem persist all the time...You should try iwave Silensor, it is a small gadget that weight only 80g.
