HELP! What is immediate help for a concussion? 10 pts first answer!?

Answer:
Call 911.
bandage, water and pills ! fast
i dont know, does that count?
ice. lie down and sleep but have some one wake you up every four hours so you don;t like go in a coma
make sure its not a contusion where theres actually bleeding in the brain. otherwise, a concussion is just a bump on the head.
Run to the hospital. Can't do anything at home. e
Gotta get to ER - brain can swell and cause death.
inspect the injury and stop bleeding, keep person awake, and take to the ER if losing LOC.
brain transplant no time alone can do the trick.and dont reinjure use a helmet.
You should go to the doctor or take the person to the doctor. A concussion is caused by bruising the brain so it shouldn't be taken lightly. GO TO THE DOCTOR!
seriously you would need to get to a medical doctor fast to check for bleeding. and just make sure you have people around so if you have probs they can take over
Dont wait for me to answer, the patient may expire.
You probably need to get to an ER or Urgent Care! Here is some treatment info...http://firstaid.webmd.com/concussion_tre...
No sleeping. Ask them a lot of easy questions. Try to keep them talking and keep their brain working. Ask silly questions, sometimes people tell secrets after a cuncuss. Good times.
lay down put a wet twol on your head and neak and drink sprit if wost get to the hostpidl
Two Advil and an ice pack.
Go to the doctors and have someone help you out so that you don't fall and get hurt even worse
A key symptom is vomiting. If you vomit after a concussion, it's serious and you need to go to the ER. (May not happen right away...watch for 24 hours). Dizziness and disorientation indicate a more serious injury than just a headache or bump on the head. 20 minutes of ice will help with the swelling.
I recommend taking pain medication for the pain. If you know you have a concussion, you must be a doctor or nurse! IMMEDIATELY GO TO YOUR DOCTOR AND GET YOUR HEAD LOOKED AT! Try ice as well.
Rest is the best recovery technique. Healing takes time. For headaches, acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) can be used. Avoid aspirin, as it can increase the risk of bleeding.
Dial 9-1-1. But not while I'm around. I gotta make a quick getaway b4 the 5-0 arrive!Lol! 鈽?
