My friend is drunk righ tnow and he alrady threw up now her is tripping out on the toilet just making sounds. How can ?I help him get sober...what should i do?

Roll them on their side so they don't choke when they sleep. place him on chairs is the best way against a wall. Get them to throw up as much as possible without too much and reflex gagging. 2 Aspirins will thin the blood and and make the alcohol in the system take it in faster but also get it out faster. Do keep her awake for awhile as she will adapt to the situation better and faster while her metabolism is faster. Their really is no way to sober them up. You are up to be a watcher as a friend.

just tell him to drink few sips of water between throwing up so he throws up water instead of bile.
If he threw up that's good. watch him and make sure he doesn't inhale the throw-up. get him to drink water or eat something to help dilute the drinks.
If you're really worried about it then you need to get him to a hospital! Otherwise keep an eye on him and make sure he's recovering and doesn't hurt himself. Be careful!!
